WHEN I GET OFF OF THE BOX. MY FIRST EXPRESION WAS WOW (FOR THE BEAUTIFULL BLACK PIANO FINISH. SO I ATTACH MY PSP SYSTEM ON IT. I WAS AMAZED WITH THE CRISP CLEAR SOUND!, THE SOUND QUALITY IS SUPERIOR TO MANY SOUND SYSTEMS ON THE MARKET TODAY. I COULD SAY THIS IS COMPARABLE TO BOSE. THE ONLY MATTER IS COMPATIBLE ONLY WITH THE PSP FIRST GENERATION.SO I WISH THAT THE COMPANY MAKE ONE AT LAST COMPATIBLE WITH THE PSP 2000 OR 3000 SERIES
CONCLUSION:
THE PSP AND THE NODUS SOUND DOCK TOGETHER. MAKE AN EXCELLENT COMBINATION ON FINISH,SOUND AND TECHNOLOGY

The cradle is well built and portable, and its a good adition to the AV cable to connect your pspgo to a tv and use a pair sixaxis with it. The drawback ?, Sony makes the assumption that you already own an AC adapter to use with it, something that doesn’t come with the PSP Go.
The cradle uses the multi-use connector to connect the AV cable, rendering the AC adapter that comes with the PSPgo unusable, it does have a 5v dc port, and a PSP AC adapter of any of the previous PSP models works with the cable. Bad Design on Sony’s part
Be aware of this cradle needs an external AC adapter if you have it plugged to the TV, the AV cable doesnt have USB port or AC port. So if you have a previous PSP you need this AC charger if not you have to buy a new one plus the AV cable.
I’ve been nickel-and-dimed before, but this is ridiculous. I have supported Sony electronics as long as I can remember. I have always believed in the quality and value of their products. However, selling this item for nearly thirty dollars with no DC charger is obscene. You would think it was made of gold-plated titanium and not cheap plastic. I purchased this item to simultaneously charge the PSP-go and view it on a television with the separate AV cable that was another twenty dollars. I’m sure it works, but I’m so annoyed it will likely stay on the floor in a closet or get returned soon.
To be clear, this item includes the PSP-go Charge Station, and absolutely nothing else. The AV cables are separate, and more importantly, the unit does not have a charger. So out of the box, the proprietary Sony PSP-go charger is fighting for space with the AV cable, leaving you four options:
1. Use the station only as a charging station, rendering it pointless.
2. Use the one proprietary slot to view the PSP-go on a TV, draining the battery incredibly fast if you’re using a PS3 controller and its Bluetooth functionality.
3. Swallow another insult from an enormous corporation making a bottom-line decision on a cheap but important accessory.
4. Return it and write a review that will probably be read by a majority of confused parents buying this item for their kids, or fanboy 10-year olds that think this is a review from a jealous Nintendo fan.
I would compare it to buying a new mp3 player that doesn’t include headphones. Sure, they’re typically cheap headphones you throw away anyway, but it’s the thought that counts. There is a very fine line in dealing with consumers between maximizing margins and screwing people over. This product crosses it and I can’t endorse it.
The PSP GO cradle is great if you have all the nessisary cables to use with it. Luckily I do. That means I can plug it in with a regular PSP charger, plug it into my TV with component cables and use my blue tooth PS3 controller to play PSP games. It’s a great setup that almost makes the PSP a console. You just need to make sure you have all the proper cables. If you don’t, then it is just a charger or something you use to plug the GO into your computer.
Well I enjoy playing on the road since I am a Truck Driver. I thought about buying another PS3 and taken my old PS3 with me so when I stop at a truck stop that has a system like IdleAire I would be getting onto the internet.
Well I thought it does have a great sound but it didn’t mention that the new PSP’s like the 2000’s. You can only hook it to the AUX, which is great but I am going to keep it cause plugging it in my AC/DC tv makes me have great sound. This is more for the yearly versions of the PSP’s. It should have stated that fact. So I will keep looking for a hook up for the PSP Models 2000’s.
This item was a major toss up for me… I own a PSP SLIM. When I initially purchased this item, I did not see anywhere, that this was not compatible W/ the slim. Minutes after ordering I stummbled accross this fact and sent a cancel request, via email… than after further browsing, there just was nothing else out there that compared… So I got it. If you want great sound, and can deal with the minor fact you have to use the Aux cable.. than I recommend this… truthfully it does bug me, but the price is right, and it sounds good. Now if this system fit my PSP SLIM, hands down, it would have got my five star rating.
This is one of the best sounding speaker systems ever made. I’ve had it for 2 days now and I think it compares to a Bose sound system, the bass is terrific. People have complained that it doesn’t work with the PSP-2000 but there is an auxiliary audio in that works just as fine! People have also complained that it doesn’t have any sound when you use the auxiliary audio in, what happened to them was that they had the volume down to low on there PSP or other portable device. Just make sure that you turn the volume all the way up on your portable device when you plug it in. Then you can mess with the volume on the remote to get it right. The play/pause and all the other remote buttons don’t work though, because it’s not plugged into the dock (That’s the only con of this sound system). I have turned it up as loud as I could take it, it got to the point the house was thumping with bass (Try that when you get one). As I said before this is one of the best sounding docks ever made, you can use it with any portable device (Zune, PSP, iPOD or any other MP3 player). This dock is sweet and I would recommend it to anyone wanting great sound.
This is a fantastic sounding set of speakers with a wireless remote.
The aux jack is what saves this gear from being obsolete. What do i mean well only the original psp fits in the middle spot so if you use a stero
headphone splitter you can hook up multiple devices for some really great sound. Psp slim won’t fit in the middle enless they release a bridge adaptor
to fit the smaller unit. Psyclone could do this and it’d cost no more than
$15. Sience the slim outputs to a Progressive scan tv using the component
cables just out put the tv source to the back of this great sound system…
you won’t be disapointed…..I WASN’T.
Ok overall case has great materials but some uncovered spots and its awkward to get the psp in the case.Overall I rate 4 stars compared to other cases .I haven’t to play it with the flap open on top of table so I don’t know if it works ,once you get it in is easier to flip the screen up and down . This cover make the pspgo a little more bulky making the device more comfortable while playing .
Ive had this a couple months and I really love this case for my PSPgo. The outer skin feels really rich and is somewhat hard shelled. Its allot easier to hold onto then the slick surface of the unit. The interior is felt like and very soft. Ive used this in conjunction with the clear protector invisible cover for the ultimate protection for my PSP go. As you can play the game and charge it right in the case, I rarely ever take it out for anything except M2 memory card insertion. Its very securely held in place and cant fall out accidentally. This thing will protect your PSP go from daily wear and doesn’t add any significant bulk so it still goes in your pocket. Now all this being said, as you can reach all the buttons your unit, there’s still some chance it could be damaged if you drop it as the corners are exposed for accessing the L & R buttons but I see no way around that to be able to play it still in the case, but over all this thing will keep your unit in good shape. I give it 5 stars
