First time that i bought a product that had a problem,after talking with the seller,was instructed to contact sony,at this point deceided to send it back, was informed that there would be a re-stocking fee of 30 % the product cost 211,00 so after a week that it was sent back,got an email today saying that in averge of 10 buisness days i would receive a credit of 176,00.This is the first time i had to send something back.my opinion is that you might be better off buying in a local store were the return policy normally is, you get your total refund.so i can’t say much about the product itself.
